SO on Saturday I thought I really need to start organising thing s to have definite dates for events. So among the heaps of school work I had to do, I managed to write thank you letters to people who donated, email Primary Schools to ask if they could hold something like a non-uniform day or to give me a stall in a fun day or something. I then rung up possible venues for the piano concert and made a small trip up to tescos to buy more Smartie tubes!
Also - on the more scary side of things - I booked a trip up to the doctors to talk about and to get my vaccinations ! There's so many to get and I am not a huge fan of injections so that'll be an interesting day.....
Now to finish on a high note! A few days ago I received my first donation from a charitable trust! It made me think that this is all more possible, especially with donations from trusts. So I am one happy girl considering how well everything is going. So after that, my birthday and another bountiful cake sale, I think I'm close - if not over - £2000!
